Shipping Guarantee

All About Oregon guarantees your package will arrive in perfect condition to the address stated on your order if shipped according to All About Oregon's shipping directives. This excludes orders for which we are given incorrect or incomplete addresses. Shipping time does not include the day the order was placed, or weekends and holidays.

Availability

All orders are subject to availability. We make every effort to keep our online inventory up to date. If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you. Your order will not ship until we hear back from you. In select cases, All About Oregon reserves the right to make substitutions with products of equal or greater value in order to meet your ship date requirements. When your website order is placed, it is automatically processed by the system. All About  Oregon will ship your order out as soon as possible; therefore a change of ship date may not be possible. Parcel Shipping

Most packages will arrive in 5 to 10 business days in the continental United States. Shipping time does not include the day the order was placed, or weekends and holidays. This shipping method is not available for every destination. Shipping time is not guaranteed  and will extend during the Holiday season (Dec 12 to Dec 26). Express Shipping

Express shipments will arrive within 3 to 5 business days. Shipping time does not include the day the order was placed, or weekends and holidays. Shipping time may extend during the Holiday season (Dec 12 to Dec 26 ). Please read about Holiday shipping section in this page.

Priority Mail-for APO/FPO only

If you are shipping to a PO Box or a military address ( APO or FPO ) you must ship your order using the US Postal Service. Priority Mail is a non-guaranteed method of shipping. All About Oregon is not responsible for packages lost, stolen or otherwise missing. Please do not select Priority Mail if you are not sending to a PO Box or a military address. Priority Mail packages are normally delivered within 3 to 5 days. However, please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.

International Shipping

All About Oregon is happy to ship your international packages. Unfortunately, due to regulations, we are unable to ship fresh salmon, wine and alcohol, cheese, sausage, wine, truffle cakes, unprocessed nuts, or beef jerky internationally. Please call us regarding any International Shipments as they are treated on case by case basis. All About Oregon is not responsible for any additional customs or import fees associated with your order. If you are concerned about such fees, please contact your local customs office.

Holiday Shipping

All About Oregon makes every effort to deliver your holiday orders on time and accurately. Please be aware that as we get closer to Christmas, shipping delays may occur. If you have any concerns about the delivery of your package, please contact us.
